Located in the heart of Galveston's East End district, this home was ornately constructed over 135 years ago and survived the 1900 Great Storm. The Great Room, entrance hall and stairway, along with the upstairs bedrooms and bath comprise the original home built in 1871. It is beautifully and comfortably appointed with period compatible furnishings throughout to make your stay both timeless and memorable.

Living room features two large plush sofas; dining room is part of living/dining area and offers a Queen Anne table. Kitchen is completely furnished with two sets of china dishes, silverware is silver plated with service for 12, quality pots and pans, as well as toaster, microwave, Cruisinart food processor and coffee maker.

2 full bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen size bed, the downstairs TV/sitting room has a fully convertible queen size sofa with memory foam pad.

  • From Bolivar Peninsula:
    Starting from Crystal Beach, travel approximately 10.7 miles to the Bolivar Ferry. Upon exiting the Ferry, take Ferry Road (SR-87) approximately 1.4 miles to Seawall Boulevard. Bear right onto Seawall Boulevard. Soon Seawall Boulevard merges into Broadway. Continue straight (west) on Broadway to 14th St. Turn right onto 14th and travel north 2 blocks to Ball St. Turn left onto Ball. Galveston Victorian House is the next to the last house on the left hand side.

    From Houston:
    Travel Interstate 45 South (Gulf Freeway) to the Galveston Causeway. Soon after crossing the Causeway, I-45 becomes Broadway (SR-87, Ave. J). Continue traveling along Broadway for approximately 3.4 miles. Turn left on 14th St. (Christopher Columbus) and travel north 2 blocks to Ball St. Turn left onto Ball. Galveston Victorian House is the next to the last house on the left hand side.
