Starting from Crystal Beach, travel approximately 10.7 miles to the Bolivar Ferry. Upon exiting the Ferry, take Ferry Road (SR-87) approximately 1.4 miles to Seawall Boulevard. Bear right onto Seawall Boulevard. Soon Seawall Boulevard merges into Broadway. Turn left (south) onto 6th St. (University Blvd.) and immediately bear right (southwest) onto Seawall Boulevard. Travel west along Seawall Blvd. for approximately 3 miles to 35th Street. Turn right onto 35th, and travel almost .4 miles to Avenue Q. Turn left onto Avenue Q, and travel to 3528 Avenue Q.
