About Randall Davis
Randall Davis has earned the titles of "Pioneer" and "Visionary" enhancing the Texas skyline and coastline with creative, adaptive reuse of historic buildings, as well as with his construction of new Neoclassical hi-rise structures. Davis introduced his loft concept of "elegant living spaces for the affluent" in Houston starting in 1991. Since that time, Davis has developed the Dakota Lofts, the Tribeca Lofts, the Strand Lofts, Hogg Palace, The Rice Hotel, and the St. Germain. From Bolivar Peninsula:
Starting from Crystal Beach, travel approximately 10.7 miles to the Bolivar Ferry. Upon exiting the Ferry, take Ferry Road (SR-87) and head southeast approximately .9 miles. Turn right (west) onto Water St. (Ave. A). Travel approximately .2 miles and continue straight onto Harborside Dr. (Ave. A). Travel approximately 1.4 miles along Harborside Dr. Turn left (south) onto 23rd Street (Tremont St.) and travel approximately .1 miles to Ship’s Mechanic Row.

From Houston:
Travel Interstate 45 South (Gulf Freeway) to the Galveston Causeway. Soon after crossing the Causeway, I-45 becomes Broadway (SR-87, Ave. J). Continue traveling along Broadway for approximately 2.8 miles. Turn left on 24th Street and travel north approximately .5 miles to Ship’s Mechanic Row.
