The Pearl is closed and supposed to go into renovations. I’m excited about that. Until that work is completed, we go to Cafe Canela which has excellent food and one of our hidden gems.

Everybody was real nice the room was priced reasonable but I believe they have bed bugs

Place was a waste of money, if you want to wake up with bed bug bites, this will be the perfect place if you like that but other than that the room smelled funky as well as bedsheets were not washed. The bed bugs were huge as if they were on steroids.

Toilet had urine in it, stayed in January they tried to put me in a room with no heat. Reserved a double room but ended up in a single room for $30 more a night than my reservation said. Owner is very rude demanding a $50 CASH deposit, office and bedding had a very strong odor, pillows was flat DOES NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES
