The facility offers 181 sites, all of which are 30 and 50 amp concrete pull thrus with WI-FI, sewer hook-ups and cable tv. They offer a swimming pool, spa and splash pond, adult pool, indoor spa, along with plenty of area around the pool for sun bathing in the tropical Galveston sun. The property also offers a clubhouse, ceramic tile bathrooms, laundry room, pizza, and mini golf.
