Village by the Sea Apartments in Galveston is truly a hidden gem! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed with the friendly and helpful management team who go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. The location is unbeatable – waking up to ocean breezes and being steps away from the beach makes every day feel like a vacation. The apartments are modern, clean, and spacious, with well-maintained amenities like the pool, fitness center, and beautifully landscaped grounds. I also love the sense of community here. The neighbors are warm and welcoming, and there are often fun events organized for residents. If you're looking for a peaceful, beachfront apartment with top-notch service, Village by the Sea is the place to be. Highly recommend!

The gutters have trees growing out of them because it's been years since they've been cleaned. About to be hit by another hurricane, 2 months after Beryl with full gutters and tarps on the roof. Here comes more water damage and mold. I hope greystar's insurance won't cover it. However, they ARE inspecting our patios to make sure the property looks nice. Live plants and patio furniture only!!! What a joke. The property is trashed from cutting corners at every opportunity.

I've lived here a little over a year and I'm always impressed with the efficiency and promptness of the maintenance staff. The property is well maintained, with plenty of areas for my dog to enjoy the outside. Upon my move-in, the office staff was extremely helpful and assisted me every step of the way. I primarily communicated through email and I was able to quickly get answers to questions. The property is only a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Overall, living here has allowed my family and me to experience all Galveston Island has to offer.

I have been here almost 2 years and you can't beat it. Quiet community at night, a short jaunt to the beach, and multiple shopping centers within a short walking distance.
