ARToberFEST
The 26th Annual ARToberFEST – Galveston’s premier juried fine arts Festival – will set sail into fall in the island’s historic downtown cultural arts district into an open air gallery bursting with color and culture during the weekend of October 21-22, 2023. Presented by The Grand 1894 Opera House, the event will feature over 100 artists from all over the country.
