Seaside Construction, a custom build firm, is a leader in new construction on Galveston Island. Seaside’s project managers have over thirty years of experience building in a coastal environment. Their goal is to complete your project within the scope, time, and cost that is established from the first construction meeting with you.
Making your interior and exterior selections on a custom home can be stressful and cause high levels of anxiety. That’s why Seaside has a dedicated staff member to assist you in scheduling appointments and compiling all your choices from the vendors and showrooms.
Seaside has partnered with Buildertrend, an on-line project management software. As a client, you are able to log-on to your personalized project page, where you will receive weekly progress pictures, and can review schedules, documents, change orders and messages.

Seaside built my house about 4 years ago and can’t say enough about them. The construction quality is amazing. One thing I noticed during construction is they used a lot of strapping. More than other builders. While houses built after mine are already getting lots of work done, mine is standing great. Great builder, quality construction!
