This one is a little more run down than most SpringHill Suites I've stayed at. But, the staff was friendly and the room was fine. While a little run down, it was not dirty.

An older version of so many Springhill Suites that I've stayed in before. The TV didn't work that well but the room and the interior of the hotel we nice for an older set up.

One was only staying one night before my cruise. I have to say as a Lifetime Platinum Member it was the ABSOLUTE worst stay I’ve ever had. The room is in need of repairs and the worst part was the front desk staff acted like they didn’t care! I had to cover the AC intake vent with a pillow and towel to prevent ice cold air from blowing on the bed from outside. I actually think there was a hole in the wall.

A very clean and cozy hotel space. No smoke odours in the hotel. The indoor pool is small. But cozy and open for longer. The exercise room is extremely tiney and really didn't have much. Just a treadmill and some light weights.

These rooms need some work. I would not recommend this hotel. I was in a double, and the TV was in a weird place. Lightning is low. The bathroom certainly needs to be worked on. The front desk gentleman was very nice. The location was good for the distance to the pier.

Springhill Suites is normally dependable on being a nice place to stay-not this one! It needs updating badly. Room was very dated. Sofa was ripped in places and the dresser is very worn. Floor in bathroom was missing grout. Carpet was old and dirty. Balconies have no chairs on them so nowhere to sit out there. Breakfast was terrible. Sorry, I can't recommend this property. Glad we only stayed one night. Edited to add: the walls are very thin and you will hear your neighbor's kids and baby screaming, crying and running around their room the entire time.
