I booked in February of 2024 for a November 2024 cruise for 2 vehicles for a week. MY BAD for booking in advance like that. The cruise was cancelled by Princess Cruise lines 2 days before the cruise. Reached out and was told I because I had booked so far in advance it had to be a check that was sent to me for my refund. 5 months later, over 10 emails and still no response. I have filed with the BBB. I had used them for 11 cruises with no issues but don't think I will use again. Jennifer has never responded with one email or phone call. If you call the number its the reservation call center and they can't do anything but send Jennifer an email.

We made a reservation to park here for a cruise, but then our plans changed and we decided to fly instead of drive. I reached out to request a refund and said I would be mailed a check (minus the fee) which was perfectly fine. Three months later I am still awaiting the refund check and the company has gone quiet on me and stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Buyer beware if you need to cancel and expect a refund.

I have parked here several times in past years and never had any issues. However I booked parking in March 2024 for a cruise I was taking in November. I had to cancel in September due to health issues with my mom. I tried to cancel online but their site wouldn’t let me so I called the main number and spoke with Dustin Chase. He cancelled my parking and said I would receive a refund check in 6 to 8 weeks. I received an email to this effect along with contact info for Jennifer Marines who would issue the refund. At the end of October I had not received my refund. I emailed Jennifer. She responded that they had changed accounting systems and I should have my refund in 3 weeks. It is now January, I still don’t have my refund. I have called and left multiple voicemail messages and sent numerous emails. It’s been radio silence. Reserve parking at your own risk because if you have to cancel you won’t be getting your money back.
