Her 550 passenger capacity makes her one of the largest paddlewheelers that has ever cruised the Houston / Galveston area. The Colonel is available for private parties of 100 or more aboard the day or evening cruises. Guests can enjoy the open-air promenade deck, or one of the elegant dining rooms – the Texas Room or the Galveston Room. The Colonel also welcomes individuals on its regularly scheduled day and dinner/dance cruises. Reservations are required for dinner cruises, but not for day cruises.
